The Howard de Walden Estate owns nearly £4bn worth of property across 92 acres of London’s Marylebone.

The Estate is owned entirely by the Howard de Walden family whose historic connections to Marylebone date back to around 1710. Today, the strategic direction of this unique group of properties is overseen by Chief Executive, Andrew Hynard, who will be in converstion with Damian Wild.

Having recently joined the Estate from JLL, Andrew will be talking about the Estate’s future plans, the state of the London market and also reflecting on his career.
